It is reported that the CIS producers are already looking forward for the end of Ramadan and trying to increase prices expecting better demand at the Middle East. As soon as most part of the September production volumes of billets has been already booked, companies with available material started to offer it more expensive. Thus most part of the offers is keeping the range of USD 545 per tonne to USD 565 per tonne FOB Black Sea. Companies are also already booking October production. It is said that the dynamics was also supported by increase of scrap quotations in Mediterranean area and higher prices for the Turkish products. It is reported that prices of flat products at Black Sea remained in positive dynamics this week. HRC FOB Black Sea Ilyich - USD 570 per tonne to USD 580 per tonne Zaporizhstal - USD 590 per tonne and up Russian - USD 600 per tonne to USD 630 per tonne On the other hand, plates are traded in the range of USD 620 per tonne to USD 660 per tonne FOB Black Sea.
